An Online Coaching Community for Women

Dear Sister,

As a former pastor and now a life & leadership coach, I understand the pain and pressures you face as a woman in ministry. I’ve experienced the isolation. I’ve felt the soul-weariness of fighting for a place at the table. Even though I knew I needed support to sustain and grow my soul and my ministry, I had no margin and few resources to pursue it on my own.

I have good news! God has used my personal journey and the experiences of women I’ve coached to inspire this vision of a safe, supportive, transformational community for women—a community where we can thrive personally and professionally and make an even greater contribution to the flourishing of God’s Kingdom.

• It’ll be part support group and part mastermind (leaders sharing their gifts, experiences & successes.)  
• We’ll focus on personal growth, soul care and leadership development. It’ll be everything I needed but didn’t have when I was on a church staff leading a ministry!
• We’ll gather once a month on Zoom, offering support and safety and seeking transformation and growth together.
